These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 92par platform — including all gaming, betting, payment, bonus, and account features available at 92par.net. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one 92par account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across them pending investigation.

This requirement is strictly enforced. 92par reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Any account where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending resolution.
Zero Tolerance: 92par operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. Any winnings derived from gameplay by an underage person are void and non-payable. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any transaction costs incurred.
To register an account on the 92par Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Each individual player may hold a maximum of one (1) 92par account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using a third party's identity, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts linked to a single individual will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonus balances across all accounts, and investigation of all wagering activity for potential irregularities.
92par is required by its licensing authority to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and before certain account features are enabled. Verification requires submission of government-issued photo identification (typically CNIC), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and verification of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending completion.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92par login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
4.2 You must notify 92par immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any security breach that may affect your account. Notification must be directed to our support team at [email protected].
4.3 92par will never contact you by telephone, SMS, email, or any messaging application to request your account password. Any such contact purporting to be from 92par and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.
4.4 92par will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials or your failure to promptly notify us of a suspected security breach.
92par accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and debit/credit cards where supported. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92par does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier section of your 92par account at the time of transaction. 92par reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction limits from time to time upon reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to technical limitations. Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds using a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited at 92par. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
6.1 92par offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. Players are responsible for reviewing the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and applicable game contributions are stated in the individual bonus terms. As a general principle, live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Where a maximum bet limit is stated in bonus terms, exceeding that limit while a bonus is active — regardless of whether doing so generates a win — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 92par reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings in such circumstances.
6.4 92par reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused, exploited through coordinated play or multi-accounting, or is otherwise being used in a manner contrary to its intent.
6.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of satisfying wagering requirements, or applied retroactively to deposits made before the relevant promotion was activated.
7.1 All games available on the 92par Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible from the information panel within each game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly provide otherwise.
7.2 The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the 92par Platform is determined by certified random number generation technology independently tested and verified by approved testing laboratories. 92par does not influence the outcome of any game.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption during a game session, 92par's server-side records shall be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Bets placed during a malfunction that cannot be fairly resolved will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
7.4 All betting odds and market availability on the 92par sports and cricket betting sections are subject to change at any time prior to the relevant market being closed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 92par's systems, the agreed odds are locked in for that bet.
7.5 92par reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any irregular activity — including but not limited to PSL or other cricket matches — where credible evidence of manipulation is established by the relevant sporting body or law enforcement authority.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92par Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the 92par Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio-visual materials, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 92par or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the 92par Platform without express written permission from 92par. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92par shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; (c) any losses resulting from interruption of service, technical failure, or maintenance downtime.
10.2 92par's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by you to your 92par account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10.4 The 92par Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with your device or network.
11.1 92par is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, you should use our responsible gaming tools or seek external assistance immediately.

12.1 92par reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account with immediate effect where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes; (c) the account belongs to an individual under 21 years of age; (d) the account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC; or (e) closure is necessary to comply with our regulatory obligations.
12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 92par will conduct its investigation in a timely manner. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any suspended funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and applicable balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
12.3 You may request closure of your 92par account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure request with no outstanding issues, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.
13.1 92par collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
13.2 We collect personal information including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, and gaming activity records. 14.3 Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without individual notification, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage you.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92par holds its international gaming license.
